Agreement

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

• I have the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable by the requested subject or become uncomfortable with you as a client at any time throughout the commission process.  I will issue a partial refund if this happens.

• All transactions are made in USD through PayPal.  Payment must be up front and in full.  Partial payment plans begin at $150 USD.

• Do not post any WIPs you receive from me prior to the completion of your commission.

• You may do anything you wish with your finished commission so long as it's for personal use (credit is not necessary but greatly appreciated).

• DO NOT use your commission and any art you receive from me for anything that generates any form of monetary revenue.

• DO NOT use your commission and any art you receive from me to train AI programs.

Refunds

• Refunds are only available if I can no longer work on the commission.  Reasons may include health and/or family emergencies that have no estimate of resolution, loss or damage of work equipment, or discomfort with a client.

  • If you are willing to wait the extra time, your commission may be put on hold.

• A full refund will be issued if I have not completed the lineart.  If the lineart has been completed, only a partial refund will be issued depending on the level of finish.

If a refund is issued, you have no right to any of the work done on commission, meaning that you cannot use or post any WIPs you have received.  If I find out that you have violated this agreement, you will be blacklisted from future service.
